Through this article I will try to give you some tips on writing on the Web while keeping an eye on your articles indexed by search engines. The list I am presenting is surely not complete and above this is only my personal opinion that I keep.

So to start, I think there are two ways to write on the Web:

Writing for the Web: A technique that involves writing an article so it is best referenced by search engines, the risk of being difficult to read and especially hard to read.
Writing for readers: Probably less good for SEO but the items are high quality and accessible by everyone. If quality is to visit the site takes off quickly and follow the referencing whatever happens.

Now is ideal to mix the two to approach the optimal SEO .While remaining readable.

  • Before you begin section, research on the main subject of the article, check your sources (thanks Google …). If the subject has been treated many times, raise the differently or respond to items by placing a link to them in your article.
  • For a good listing, it is important to make a list of keywords you use in your article so that it is well referenced.Personally when i start to write an article i choose 5-10 good keywords and other 5 long tail keywords.
  • Once keywords found, it may be advisable to seek some synonyms for your keywords and place them in here and there in the content of your article.
  • Remember to write in paragraph form not too long to improve the readability of your article.
  • Once the finished article, emphasize key words (eg bold). Knowing that many readers read an article “diagonal”, the aim is to attract the eye of the visitor to this part of the article. In addition it is also useful for indexing search engines. It should obviously not be abused …
  • Based on the ticket, put some references as a hyperlink in it. The external links can enhance your statements while the internal links will simplify navigation for your visitors.
  • An illustrated article is much more welcoming, add pictures or videos. This will simplify the reading and in some cases the understanding of the ticket.
  • And finally, if you occasionally read your article made by different people and welcome their opinions as you see fit!

There are certainly still many things to say about the subject, but I think this should help you in writing content. And remember that only practice will enable you to evolve, writing for the web is accessible to all. Please let me know your opinion or dispute what I say in the comments .

5 Tips to Choosing a Domain Name

Posted Saturday, September 19th, 2009 by Stefan

domains

Today I’ll share some tips that I feel are important when one wants to choose a domain name. Most often, clients of agencies already have a web name to them, but when creating a new site, here are some tips that I deliver them so they choose the best domain name possible .

Here are 5 Tips to keep in mind as you select a domain name for your new business:

1# – .com or nothing.

People these days always assume a company’s domain ends with .com. If the .com is not available or is being sold or auctioned out of your price range, move on to the next best name.

2# – The length of your domain name

Domain names can be any length up to 67 characters. However, there are pros and cons for both solutions (an area long or short).

Some argue that domain names are shorter easier to remember, easier to type and far less susceptible to mistakes: for example, “movies.com” is easier to remember and less prone to typos than “latestmoviesontheinternet . com.

3# – The use of plural or

Very often, if you can not get the domain that you want the site to purchase domain name you propose solutions by default. For example, if you want to buy “movie.com” and that name is not available, suggestions are made as you “themovie.com”, “movies.com”, “mymovie.com.

The question is whether these combinations are good domain names?

If you decide to form with the article “the” or “my” do not forget to promote your site with this article. Your logo will also include the “my or the” and not just “movie.com.

The use of the plural has the same problem domain with a hyphen because it is very likely that people forget to type the “s” in seeking to access your site.

4# Make sure the Twitter name is available.

Nowadays many people use twitter. So,ideally your domain and Twitter name will match. If you couldn’t get the killer keyword as your domain, try to scoop it up it for your Twitter name as use it.

5#  SEO domain

It`s easy to get a good position for a product if your domain name have the product keyword .It must be similar to your product with a ringing to it, people will remember it more.

In conclusion, I would add that taking into account your business and the goal you set for yourself on the web are very important parameters to take into account and do not choose a domain name lightly, because it does not change every day. In case of change of URL, you lose a significant number of visitors.

Posted Friday, September 18th, 2009 by Stefan

Hello, my name is Stefan and i`m 21 years old webmaster and i decide to start this blog to share my knowledge about Blogging, SEO & Online Marketing Tips.I know that are many good blogs around the net about making money online and how you can make money from home, but also each webmaster have their tips and tricks.

orange-lime

Nowadays are many platforms that you can use to start your own blog, but the most familiar is wordpress.Creating a blog is easy, if you are new or old webmaster you can set up a blog in less than a minute, and write your first blog item in five minutes. What could be easier than that? It takes me at least as long to write an email message.Blogging is easy but you must know how to avoid the usual mistakes.

The Most 5 Blogging Mistakes To Avoid

Blogging Mistake #1 – Not using a self-hosted blog

The first mistake I made was to begin blogging using WordPress.com, as opposed to WordPress.org.I know many guys around that are using this platforms. The BIG problem with hosting a blog through WordPress.com is that you don’t have full control over customisation. WordPress owned and stored my content. So, why you don`t buy a domain for 10$ and a hosting for 5$ per month and start making money professional.

Blogging Mistake #2 – Not Updating

Like i said, to start a blog is easy, but when comes time to update then pick a posting frequency and stick to it. On the first days you will update daily up to 10 articles per day, maybe even a few weeks, and then the number of posts starts to go down until the blog is hardly updated at all.

Blogging Mistake #3 – Blogging Only For Money

Yes it`s true that you can make money from blogging, but more than 90% of blogs on the Web cannot make more than $100 a month. When you start a blog think on, i have money i don`t money from blogging, focus the attention on blogging and not for money.

Blogging Mistake #4 – Being a Copycat

Probably you know that the content is king for each site/blog(on otherpost i will let you something “the content is not king”).You can write about the same thing as the next blog, but you need to add your own views to make it unique. Don’t just copy and paste what another blog posted. Give your opinion because that’s what blogging is all about. The most unique thing about your blog is you.

Blogging Mistake #5 – Writing For Google Instead Of People

People like to read pages with sense. You can have the most perfectly written Google optimized page in the world and still not ranked number 1 because Google follows people
